Spreadsheet Assignment 1

In this assignment I have to review two different kinds of spreadsheets and to make a short presentation discussing the strengths and weaknesses of each of the spreadsheets.

Also I have to review how the features (e.g. functions, layout and structure) could improve productivity, accuracy and usability in both spreadsheets and finally discuss the strengths and weaknesses of both spreadsheets.

This is the assignment that I did. Originally it was in PowerPoint but I uploaded it to Google Docs and then published it to the web.

After that I could use embed code to put it in this section of my assignment. If you use the forward arrow you can scroll through the presentation. It will explain various features and functions of spreadsheets.

These include cell manipulation and formatting to more advanced features such as goal seek, lookup tables and naming ranges of cells. The presentation covers two very different spreadsheets. One is to control the car pool for a company and the other is a ticket booking system for a theatre.

 The presentation ends with what I thought were the advantages and disadvantages of the two spreadsheets
